BRENHAM POLICE ARREST TWO ON THREAT CHARGES
Brenham police made two arrests on Tuesday on separate threat charges.
Just past 1:30 p.m., Officer Darrell Nunn Jr. was dispatched to the 2000 block of FM 389 in reference to a welfare concern. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Maria Lazaro of Brenham for an outstanding warrant out of Brenham Municipal Court for Assault by Threat/Family Violence. Lazaro was taken to the Washington County Jail. (Mugshot not immediately available)
Shortly after 9:45 p.m., Officers Navone Gurley and Gabriel Duran responded to a disturbance in the 2100 block of FM 389. Police arrested 33-year-old Alex Graham Tobey of Brenham and transported him to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked in on two counts of Terroristic Threat of a Family/Household Member.
