SHERIFF’S OFFICE MAKES ARRESTS FOR THREAT WARRANT, MARIJUANA POSSESSION, EVASION

  

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported arrests on Tuesday for terroristic threat and on Wednesday for marijuana possession and evading arrest.

Shortly before 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to the 13600 block of Highway 105 for a warrant service.  41-year-old Donald Kirk Wilson II of Washington was taken into custody without incident.  Wilson was transported to the Washington County Jail and charged with Terroristic Threat of a Family/Household Member.

Just past 11 p.m. Wednesday, Deputy Carson Holton initiated a traffic stop at West Blue Bell Road and Highway 36 North for failure to signal a turn.  The sheriff’s office conducted a search of the vehicle after detecting an odor of marijuana.  According to the sheriff’s office, 17-year-old Kylie Nevaeh Mulanax of Brenham stated she had purchased the marijuana that was located, and she was taken into custody.  While the search was being conducted, a juvenile passenger reportedly ran from the vehicle but was apprehended.  Mulanax was transported to the Washington County Jail for Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz.  The juvenile was charged with Evading Arrest and released to a parent.
