BARNHILL CENTER ADVISORY BOARD TO HOLD INAUGURAL MEETING ON MONDAY

The City of Brenham invites the public to attend the first ever meeting of the Barnhill Center Advisory Board this Monday.
The meeting begins at 4pm in Morriss Hall at the Barnhill Center at 106 South Douglas Street.
In the regular session, they are scheduled to choose a Chair and Vice-Chair for the Advisory Board.
They will also be selecting members that will make up the Venue Preservation Committee, the Strategic Planning Committee, and the Programming Committee.
In work session, there will be a presentation and training on the City of Brenham’s Policies and Procedures for Advisory Boards and Commissions.
The board will also review and discuss the Barnhill Center Strategic Plan Proposal.
The meeting closes with an administrative report, which will include a tourism staffing update, concessionaire request for proposals, Barnhill Center programming, a Barnhill Center budget wrap-up, and 2026 Advisory Board meeting dates.
