CUB SOCCER FALLS TO CLEVELAND ON DAY TWO OF SHOWCASE
The Brenham Cub Soccer Team fell to the Cleveland "A" Team 4-1 on day two of the annual Blue Bell Showcase on Friday afternoon.
Angel Valadez scored the lone goal for the Cubs off of an assist by Levi Baker.
Due to the threat of weather, the game had been moved up from 4:30pm to 11am.
The loss dropped Brenham to 3-4 on the season.
The Cubs will wrap up the Blue Bell Showcase this (Saturday) afternoon with a 1pm match against the Madisonville Mustangs.
