MUMFORD HANDS LADY PANTHER BASKETBALL THEIR FIRST DISTRICT LOSS

It was a rough night for the Burton Lady Panther Basketball Team as they lost to the Mumford Lady Mustangs 38-13.

Lexi Broesche led Burton with five points.

Mumford outscored the Lady Panthers 19-5 in the first half, and 19-8 in the second half.

Burton drops to 22-5 on the season and 4-1 in district.

Next up, the Lady Panthers will finally be back at home to host the Somerville Lady Yeguas on Friday night at 6:15pm.
