SHERIFF’S OFFICE BOOKS IN THREE ON WARRANTS INCLUDING ASSAULT, MIP
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported three warrant arrests between Monday and Tuesday.
Approaching 11:15 a.m. Monday, Deputy Robert Neuendorff responded to the 100 block of Main Street in Brenham in reference to a subject with active warrants. 19-year-old Jace Windale Powell of Washington was transported to the Washington County Jail and charged with Probation Revocation – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
Close to 2:15 p.m., Deputy Jacob Faske met the Waller County Sheriff’s Office at the county line to take custody of 18-year-old Aijalon Lamond McClyde of Prairie View, who had active warrants. McClyde was taken to the Washington County Jail for charges of Possession of Marijuana Under 2oz., Unlawful Transfer of a Handgun Under 18 Years of Age, In City Park After Hours, Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Minor in Possession of Tobacco.
Around 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to the 3000 block of Jasmine Street for a warrant service. 29-year-old Garrett Wayde Spears of Brenham was placed into custody and booked at the Washington County Jail for Assault of a Family/Household Member with Previous Conviction.
