“STARS OVER TEXAS” QUILT SHOW COMING TO BRENHAM IN FEBRUARY
The Friendship Quilt Guild is presenting their “Stars Over Texas” Quilt Show next month at the Fireman’s Training Center in Brenham.
The “Stars Over Texas” Quilt Show will be held Friday, February 20, from 10am-5pm, and Saturday, February 21, from 10am-4pm.
Admission is $12. Children under 12 years old get in for free.
According to the Friendship Quilt Guild, this will be a judged show featuring both traditional and contemporary quilts.
On Saturday, they will have a drawing for their donation quilt titled, “Lucky Stars.” It’s an 80x80 quilt that was designed by Linda Jenkins and Becky Goldsmith.
For tickets to the drawing, you can send an e-mail to brenhamquiltguild@gmail.com. The winner will be drawn that Saturday afternoon at 3pm.
In addition to that, they will have quilts and other items for sale in their boutique, and their “Forgotten Treasures” booth.
There are also going to be vendors, door prizes, and quilts from their Hospice Brazos Valley Charity Quilt Challenge.
