REV. RANDY WELLS PUBLISHES NEW BOOK ON FATHERS’ ROLE IN RAISING DAUGHTERS

  

Reverend Randy Wells of Brenham has authored a new book on fatherhood and its role in raising daughters.

Rev. Wells and his daughter, Randi Wells Dixon, have published “Daddy and Daughter (DAD) Time – a Memoir of Moments, Memories, and Messages”.  The book is Rev. Wells’ third release and shares life reflections from him and his daughter, including early life in New Orleans, their departure due to Hurricane Katrina and their new life in Brenham. 

Rev. Wells says the book focuses on six core principles and how they guide parenthood: prayer, presence, praise, protection, providing, and play.

With the book, Rev. Wells says he seeks to help fathers realize how vital they are in their daughter’s upbringing, so they can be more intentional and engaged.

Wells Dixon says she is excited to share this book that highlights the importance of active fatherhood in young girls’ lives.  She hopes that their story can inspire faith and guidance for anyone navigating life.

Rev. Wells will launch an international book tour on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Holiday Inn Express in Brenham.  Book signing opportunities will be available at Saturday’s event.
