GROUNDBREAKING FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN BRENHAM NEXT FRIDAY

  

Arete Companies will be holding the official launch and groundbreaking ceremony for their newest residential development in the City of Brenham.

The launch for the residential development, which will be known as The Townhomes at Park, is next Friday at 10am at 1301 North Park Street.

According to a press release from Arete, the event will bring together city leadership, local business owners, economic development partners, and community members to celebrate the start of construction.

Arete stated that The Townhomes at Park will deliver modern, high-quality housing  while prioritizing efficient land use, attractive streetscapes, and long-term maintainability.

Managing Broker and Co-Founder Jake Carlile said that the development reflects their belief in building projects that respect the communities that they are in, and meet real housing needs.

Construction for the project is being led by Chad Bolcerek, who is the Head of Construction at Thundercock Development. Arete’s Managing Partner Mariah Souza, will serve as the Property Manager.

Following the groundbreaking, a Washington County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting will be held to welcome Arete into the local business community.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about The Townhomes at Park, meet the project team, and hear more about Arete’s vision for future investments in Brenham and the surrounding region.

The groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies are open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend.
