CUBETTES WRAP UP FIRST HALF OF DISTRICT WITH LOSS TO LAKE CREEK

The Brenham Cubette Soccer Team had a rough night on the road as they lost Lake Creek 9-0 via the mercy rule.

Lake Creek was relentless as they scored early and often. The match would end early via the mercy rule.

With the loss, the Cubettes drop to 10-4-1 overall and 2-3-1 in district.

The JV had played Lake Creek to a 1-1 tie.

Next up for Brenham, they will be on the road against College Station on Friday night to start the second half of district.

The JV plays at 5pm, followed by the Varsity at 7pm.
