EARLY VOTING HITS 1,600 THROUGH THREE DAYS
Turnout has grown each of the three days for early voting for the March 3rd primary election.
Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson says 604 people came out to vote on Thursday, made up of 517 Republicans and 87 Democrats.
Thus far, there have been 1,664 early voting participants, consisting of 1,382 Republicans and 282 Democrats.
The Washington County Courthouse Annex will be open for early voting through February 27th. Today (Friday) is the last day with standard hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., as the schedule will move to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. next Monday through Friday.
