GIDDINGS NURSERY AND GARDEN CENTER HOSTING A FRUIT TREE SEMINAR ON SATURDAY

  

The Giddings Nursery and Garden Center is inviting the public to a fruit tree seminar this coming Saturday.

The seminar will be held at their facility located at 191 North Madison Street in Giddings beginning at 10am.

Regional expert Lee Wallace is the guest speaker. He will explain how to select, plant, and care for fruit trees in the unique climate of central Texas.

He will also share some practical tips and tricks of the trade, plus take questions from those in attendance.

Wallace has been growing fruit trees including exotic and tropical fruits since 2006 when he began his first orchard outside of San Marcos.

His current orchard in Swiss Alp includes more than 100 fruit trees.
