Family, friends and colleagues gathered on Wednesday to congratulate Brenham City Manager Carolyn Miller on her retirement.
The city hosted a reception on Wednesday in Morriss Hall at The Barnhill Center, offering the public the opportunity to visit with Miller and wish her well in retirement.
Miller has served 21 years with the City of Brenham, including as city manager since September 2021. Other roles she has previously held were finance director, chief financial officer and assistant city manager.
Miller was formally recognized by the city council during its meeting on March 19th.
