COFFEE CHAT WITH THE CANDIDATES IN CHAPPELL HILL
The Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Washington County Republican Party are inviting local residents to “Coffee Chat” with the candidates.
The Coffee Chat will feature the candidates running for Washington County Precinct Two Commissioner, Jim Chisolm and Mark Schonefeld.
The event is taking place at the Chappell Hill Historical Museum at 9220 Poplar Street on Wednesday morning from 7:30-9am.
Chisolm and Schonefeld are running to replace current Washington County Precinct Two Commissioner Candice Bullock, who is not running for another term.
They were the remaining candidates after a four-person primary on March 3rd. Chisolm got 664 votes, while Schonefeld received 523 votes.
Because none of the candidates reach the 50% mark, they are having a run-off election on May 26th to determine a winner.
