CHASE WHEATON RESIGNING AS BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL COACH
Brenham High School Head Baseball Coach Chase Wheaton is departing from Brenham ISD.
Wheaton informed the team of his resignation today (Thursday). He will be taking a position with Clear Falls.
Athletic Director Danny Youngs told KWHI that Brenham ISD wishes Wheaton well and called him a valuable part of the community.
Wheaton, a 2004 graduate of Brenham High School, was hired in 2019 to lead the high school baseball program. This past season, the Cubs finished with a 24-13-1 record and were District and Bi-District Champions, advancing to the area round of the playoffs.
