The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned 12 indictments.

27-year-old James Allen Fischer and 59-year-old Harry Harrison, both indicted for Theft of Property $2,500 - $30,000.

51-year-old Jeffrey Lynn Kinsey, for Forgery of a Financial Instrument $750 - $2,500.

48-year-old Erin Webb, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

46-year-old Adam Bleau DeLaughter, for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items.

35-year-old Jacques DeTwain Broussard, 23-year-old Kayla Marie Cloud, 32-year-old Quincy Harris, 33-year-old Brazos Redmond King, 30-year-old Christopher John Vasquez, 27-year-old Ottis Herman Ward Jr., and 38-year-old Joshua Rashad Williams, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
