FIVE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Five people pleaded guilty and were sentenced this week in 21st and 335th District Court before Judge Carson Campbell.
55-year-old Stacy Wayne Rhoads of Brenham, sentenced to 5 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, 4-200 Grams, a second degree felony.
37-year-old Gorey Ragston of Brenham, sentenced to 4 years in prison for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, a third degree felony.
26-year-old Terrion Devon Reed of Houston, sentenced to 3 years in prison for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle, a third degree felony.
46-year-old Marquisha Raschele Jackson of Brenham, sentenced to 400 days in state jail for Attempted Credit/Debit Card Abuse, a state jail felony.
39-year-old Jamieka Danshay Burns of Brenham, sentenced to 2 years’ deferred adjudication probation for Deadly Conduct, a Class A misdemeanor. Burns was also fined $500 and ordered to take anger management classes and have no contact with the victim in the case.
