BRENHAM HERITAGE MUSEUM TO DISCUSS TEXAS RANGER HISTORY AT SPEAKER SERIES PROGRAM
The Brenham Heritage Museum will explore some of the history of the Texas Rangers during its next iteration of the Dr. Wilfred Dietrich Speaker Series.
Dr. Paul Spellman will present “The Texas Rangers Ride Into the 20th Century” on Thursday, July 30th at the museum, 105 South Market Street. The program will run from 6 to 7 p.m., with a members-only reception at 5:30 p.m.
Touching on his two books on Captains John H. Rogers and J.A. Brooks, Dr. Spellman’s lecture will take the audience on a tour through the history of the Texas Rangers during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
Food and refreshments will be provided. Copies of Dr. Spellman’s books will be sold before and after the program.
