ROUND TOP, CALDWELL, NAVASOTA, SCHULENBURG RECEIVE LIBRARY GRANTS
Four area libraries are among 70 grant recipients across the state through the Texas Book Festival’s 2026 Texas Library Grants program.
The Round Top Family Library, Harrie P. Woodson Memorial Library in Caldwell, Navasota Public Library and Schulenburg Public Library will each receive $2,500.
The funds will help the libraries purchase new books, increasing the reading resources and collections available to their patrons and communities.
The Texas Library Grants program awarded $175,000 in grants this year. Since its founding in 1995, it has distributed over 1,500 grants totaling more than $3.9 million.
