BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

  

A Brenham man faces multiple charges following a reported family altercation early this (Friday) morning.

Around 2:30 a.m., Washington County Sheriff’s Sergeant Fay Janes-Busse responded to a physical altercation between siblings in the 2900 block of Wood Creek Road.

During the course of the investigation, the sheriff’s office determined that one of the parties involved had an active felony warrant.

18-year-old Kaden Guerrero was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.  He was charged with Assault of a Family/Household Member Impeding Breath/Circulation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Tobacco by a Minor, and a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, Less Than a Gram.
