WASHINGTON COUNTY EDS LAUNCHES NEW PORTAL PLATFORM

The Washington County Engineering and Development Services Department is excited to announce the launch of the MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) customer portal platform.
MGO Connect brings an all-new customer portal experience based on suggested improvements and feedback that Contractors and Residents have provided.
To get started, visit www.mgoconnect.org and create a free customer portal account using your preferred e-mail address.
Then, select the ‘New Account’ link at the top of the page and enter the requested details.
In addition to the web-based platform, MGO Connect offers a mobile app that can be downloaded onto your mobile device.
You can go to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store for Android devices and search ‘MGO Connect’ to download the app to your mobile device.
Once connected, you can submit a Road and Bridge Maintenance Request, apply for a permit, pay your permit fees, track the progress, and schedule inspections all on-line.
If technical assistance is needed, please contact the MGO support team by sending an email to support@mygovernmentonline.org or calling the MGO Help Desk at 985-851-0760. MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) representatives are available to assist with any software-related questions.
You can still reach out to Hannah or Lexi at the EDS office at 979-277-6275 or wcrboffice@washingtoncountytx.gov with any Road and Bridge Maintenance Requests, Status Updates, Permitting Questions and/or Technical Issues.
