BRENHAM PD REPORTS ARRESTS FOR DRIVING WITH INVALID LICENSE, PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT

  

Brenham police made two arrests on Thursday.

At 6:30 a.m., Officer Mason Guillen initiated a traffic stop near the 400 block of Highway 290 West.  After further investigation, the driver, 59-year-old Charles Toliver of Houston, was placed into custody for Driving While License Invalid Enhanced and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.  Toliver was transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in without incident.

Just before 11 p.m., Officers Trinten Rolling and Evan O’Grady, along with Washington County Sheriff’s deputies, conducted a warrant service in the 1700 block of West Main Street.  Officers located 17-year-old Jah’Darian Toby of Brenham, who police say showed to have an active parole violation warrant out of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department for Evading Arrest/Detention Causing Serious Bodily Injury.  Toby was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where he was booked for the warrant.
