BRENHAM CUB FOOTBALL REMAINS AT #4 FOR THE THIRD WEEK IN A ROW IN STATE RANKINGS

The latest Dave Campbell's Texas Football state rankings came out earlier this (Monday) afternoon. For the third week in a row, the Brenham Cub Football Team remains ranked at #4 in Class 5A Division II.

The Cubs are coming off of a 55-7 victory over Bryan Rudder this past Friday that increased their record to 7-0 overall and 2-0 in district.

In this week's rankings, the top nine remained the same. South Oak Cliff is #1, Boerne is #2, Argyle is #3, Brenham is #4, Mansfield Timberview is #5, Anna is #6, Alamo Heights is #7, Gregory Portland is #8, and Montgomery is #9.

The only change was at #10, where Celina dropped out after losing to Frisco 33-20. Fort Bend Crawford, who crushed Richmond Tomas 49-0, takes over that final spot in the Top 10.

In other poll news, College Station High School remains at #7 in the Class 5A Division I rankings, while the Columbus Cardinals remain #1 in the Class 3A Division I rankings.
