AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 14

  

The Austin County Grand Jury released the names of 14 people indicted last week.

60-year-old Frank Leroy Bernal, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

32-year-old Victoria Gabrielle Johnson and 22-year-old Cody White, both indicted for Burglary of a Building, Theft of Property $30,000 - $150,000 and Theft of a Firearm.

28-year-old Marco Antonio Monarca Jr., for Injury to a Child, Elderly or Disabled Individual – Recklessly Causing Serious Bodily or Mental Injury.

46-year-old Byron Ray Sereal, for Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions.

38-year-old Chanel Antaeus Gonzales, 24-year-old Zekiyah Jerome Herrington and 20-year-old Nikiya Marquise McGhee, all for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information Less Than 5 Items Against the Elderly.  

46-year-old Donald Ray Citizen Jr., for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register for Life/Annually.

33-year-old Kevin Collette Rigaud, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle.

40-year-old Elizabeth Rawlinson, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Under 15 Years of Age.

39-year-old Jousten Dewayne Carter, 61-year-old Tommy Privett and 25-year-old Roberto Rocha, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
