LA GRANGE HIGH SCHOOL TO PERFORM “MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS”

Tickets are on sale now for the La Grange High School Drama Club’s upcoming production of the famous Agatha Christie novel, “Murder on the Orient Express.”

The play, which was adapted for the stage by Ken Ludwig, is set in the winter of 1934 aboard the luxurious train, the Orient Express, as it travels from Istanbul, Turkey to Western Europe.

After midnight, the train is stopped by a snowdrift. The next morning, an American tycoon is found stabbed to death.

Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers have to rely on the famous detective Hercule Poirot (Poy-Row) to identify the murderer, before he or she strikes again.

There will be two performances on Saturday, November 14, at 1pm and 7pm. The third and final performance will be Sunday, November 15, at 3pm.

The performances are being held at the La Grange ISD Performing Arts Center at 656 East Travis Street.

Tickets can be purchased using the QR Code, or by going on-line to www.lgisd.net. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students
