The Washington County Chamber of Commerce Convention and Visitors Bureau has announce the winner of November’s “Where is Della” contest.  Charlie Mosier correctly guessed that November’s photo showed Della at Bevers Kitchen in Chappell Hill.

The Visitors Bureau’s newest member, a German Shepard named Della, will be featured in a photo each month at a different location in Washington County. Participants can send their guess of where Della is to Della@BrenhamTexas.com.  A random winner with the correct guess will be chosen each month.
