BRENHAM POLICE ARREST FLORIDA MAN ON GUN CHARGE

A Florida man has been arrested following a traffic stop, Tuesday evening.
27-year old Bradley Glapion of Florida, was pulled over by Brenham Police, in the 500 block of HIghway 290 West.
Police say they observed a handgun in plain view.
Glapion was placed in custody for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and for Possession of a False Drug Test Falsification Device.

I might have gotten arrested too. I’ve never owned a gun but I always understood to put the gun on ur seat so the officer was aware you had a gun in the car and it wouldn’t be considered a concealed weapon. I’ve lived in Florida as well. Being from out of state, laws can be confusing.
