CUBS GEARED UP TO FACE THE WILDCATS
The Brenham Cubs’ journey continues Friday night as they battle Corpus Christi Calallen in the Region Semifinals, Friday night in San Antonio.
The Cubs (8-4) are coming off a 42-35 overtime win, last Friday, over Sharyland to advance to the third round of the playoffs against the Wildcats (11-1), who outscored Alamo Heights, 63-35.

The Cubs offense has been more balanced this season, rushing for 1780 yards and passing for 1926 yards. In the post-season, the Cubs have run for 277 yards in their two wins, while throwing for 467 yards.

The winner advances to face the winner between Calhoun and Kerrville Tivy, who play Saturday at 3:00 in San Marcos.
