BRENHAM ANIMAL SERVICES HOSTS SUCCESSFUL HOLIDAY ADOPTION EVENT

  

Many pets found new families this weekend, thanks to Brenham Animal Services’ “Home for the Holidays” adoption event.

Brenham Animal Services Manager Allison Harper says 18 animals – 11 dogs and seven cats – were adopted on Saturday at each of the Brenham animal shelters.  Six animals were also adopted on Friday, bringing the weekend total to 24 animals.

In addition, Puppy Dawgs and Cat Tails raised over $400 at its giftwrapping fundraiser Saturday, as part of the adoption event.
