RAGS LEADS TO FIRE CALL FOR BRENHAM F.D.

  

A basket of smoking rags led to the Brenham Fire Department being called to the Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, last night.

The department was called out to a report of a structure fire at the center, which turned out to be a clothes basket filled with hot mop rags in the laundry room.  Firefighters took the basket out of the building.

There was light haze in the laundry room, which was removed with a fan.
