TWO ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP WEDNESDAY

  

A traffic stop by Brenham Police led to the arrest of two individuals Wednesday.  At approximately 6:00 PM, Officer Armando Guerra conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of US HWY 290 W. Investigation revealed the driver, Jason Hamilton, 34, of Houston to be in possession of marijuana 2oz < 4oz, and pills that were methamphetamines laced. Hamilton was also arrested for Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance PG1 4G < 200G. The passenger, Sonya Myers, 30, of Houston was arrested for possession of marijuana under 2oz. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
