SOMERVILLE LAKEFEST SET FOR JUNE 28-29
Preparations continue for the 2019 Somerville Lakefest later this month.
This year’s event is set for Friday and Saturday, June 28th and 29th at Pazdral Park in Somerville. The event has been moved from Welch Park due to the current lake levels at Lake Somerville.
Events include: musical entertainment; the State Barbeque Cookoff; a kids’ zone; arts & crafts; food vendors; and tournaments for volleyball and dominos. There will also be a car and motorcycle show and a 5K run.
The Barbeque Cook-Off begins Friday. Friday night entertainment features Providence Iron Works. Saturday night will include Landon Evans and Heather Rayleen.
