BLINN THEATRE TO PRESENT “THE ADDAMS FAMILY”

  

The Blinn College Theatre Arts Program is set to open the 2019-20 season with a musical twist on an American television classic.

“The Addams Family” will run at the Dr. W.W. O’Donnell Performing Arts Center Oct. 17-thru-20.

“The Addams Family” marks the first play in Blinn’s “Heroes and Villains” season and is based on characters created by Charles Addams.

Unlike the popular television series and movies, this production takes on a new spin as a musical comedy.

“The Addams Family” will open at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Oct. 17-18, and 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 19-20. The middle school and junior high preview performances will be at 1 p.m. Oct. 17-18.
