BIDS TO CELEBRATE ‘RED RIBBON WEEK’ 10/21-25

  

The Brenham Independent School District is set to celebrate Red Ribbon Week 2019 next week.

All Brenham ISD schools will be promoting a drug free and healthy lifestyle with dress-up days during the week of October 21st-thru-25th.

BISD officials are encouraging parents and students to participate in the dress-up days and to partner with the district by discussing this important message at home.

School officials say, “Children have the right to grow up drug free and we have the responsibility to make that happen.”

Red Ribbon Week activities include:

Monday (10/21) Red Out: Wear red from head to toe.

Tuesday (10/22) Sock it to Drugs: Wear crazy socks.

Wednesday (10/23) Join the Fight Against Drugs: Wear camouflage.

Thursday (10/24) Put a Cap on Drugs: Wear your favorite cap.

Friday (10/25) Cubs Don’t do Drugs: Wear your Cub green.
