“LANTERNS AND LEGENDS” TO TAKE GUESTS ON GUIDED TOURS THROUGH NAVASOTA CEMETERY

  

In the spirit of Halloween, the Navasota Theatre Alliance is presenting an event to pay respects to legends of Navasota’s past.

Tonight (Thursday) through Saturday, “Lanterns and Legends” will take attendees on guided, lantern-lit tours of the historic Oakland Cemetery.  There, they will meet living-history actors portraying figures who played an important role in the city.

Tours will be taken every 15 minutes at the cemetery, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.

The event is being sponsored by Classic Rock Coffee Company, and is made possible by hotel tax revenue funded by the City of Navasota, through the Arts Council of the Brazos Valley.
