BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH ASSAULT
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Friday morning altercation has landed a Brenham man in jail.
19-year old James Mitchell III was arrested just before 7:30 Friday morning.
Police were patrolling West Second St. when they observed an altercation involving Mitchell.
He was taken into custody and was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
Mitchell was taken to the Washington County Jail.
