A Bellville man could spend up to 10 years in prison after he was convicted of numerous charges in multiple counties.

De’eddrick Dontae Graves was most recently sentenced for a charge of Theft Between $30,000 and $150,000 in Austin County.

According to The Bellville Times, the charge is in relation to a 2016 armed robbery at the J&R Food Mart on West Main.

His 10 year sentence will run concurrently with other sentences for convictions in Waller and Austin counties.

Graves was sentenced in Waller County earlier this year to 20 years for a 2017 charge of Tampering With a Witness and 10 years for a 2019 case of Discharge of a Firearm.

In Austin County, he was also sentenced to four years each on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Bail Jumping.

District Attorney Travis Koehn says Graves has already paid $20,000 in restitution.

A co-defendant in the robbery, Deonte Livingston has been sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty.
