2020 SPRING EGGS ART WALK WINNERS ANNOUNCED

  

The results are in for the 2020 Spring Eggs Art Walk in downtown Brenham.

Best of Show Winner: REJOICE - The Riske Boys

Awards were given to several categories for adults and students.  Winners were decided based on public and judge voting, as well as success in an online auction.

This year’s Best of Show winner—and the winner of a $200 cash prize sponsored by Kieke Egg Farm—was “REJOICE” by the Riske Boys.

Receiving the Most Creative designation in the adult category was the Bountiful Blessings Day Program egg, the winner of $125 sponsored by Brunmillers Soapworks.  The student category’s Most Creative winner was “Zoe Zebra” by Kennedy and McKinley Jasinski, the winners of a $125 prize sponsored by Brenham City Councilmember Susan Cantey.

The adult egg with the most votes, receiving a $125 prize sponsored by Board and Brush Creative Studio, was “Deep Sea Hunt” by R&R Team.  The egg with the most votes in the student category was “The Story of Easter” by Jennifer Lunsford, who won the $125 prize sponsored by The Canyon Chick.

The Judge’s Pick for adults went to “Egg Leno – The Yoke is On Me” by Tom and Nina Windham, the winners of $125 sponsored by Funky Art Café and Catering.  The students’ Judges Pick, receiving $125 sponsored by Scrubs N Stuff Boutique, went to “Kermit in the Spring” by the Lieja Family.
