DEADLINE MONDAY TO ENTER BIG COSTUME CONTEST

  

Time is running out for Brenham residents to take part in the Brannon Industrial Group (BIG) Dress Up Street Party Contest.

To celebrate the launch of services to city residents, BIG is inviting customers to take photos of themselves dressed up while taking their new trash and recycling carts to the curb.  Customers are encouraged to get creative, wearing anything from superhero costumes, movie character costumes, or wedding attire.

BIG is taking contest entries through Monday at 8 p.m.  Judges will choose the winning entries and throw a block party for the streets of the best entries once large gatherings are allowed.
