“HERMAN” NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Herman” as its Pet of the Week.

Herman is a Domestic Shorthair cat, about six years old.  Brenham Animal Services staff say Herman is a hefty cat—16 pounds—who is very lovable and affectionate.

Staff say Herman is neutered and declawed, and is an indoor-only kind of cat.

While the Brenham Pet Adoption Center remains closed to visitors, those looking to adopt or foster a pet can go online to www.petfinder.com to see the shelter’s available pets.  They can also call 979-337-7351 or visit the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page to set up an appointment to meet a pet.  Appointments are being taken Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m.
