The Washington County Ladies Lions Club and Brenham National Bank recently teamed up to provide hundreds of socks for local seniors.

Members of both organizations visited the Silver Sage Assisted Living Center, High Hope Care Center, and Focused Care at Brenham.

Around 250 pairs of socks, along with blankets, were donated to the three locations by event chair Linda Oberhoff and Brenham National Bank Lions Alison Dreyer and Emily Bolenbarr.
