131st MAIFEST ROYALTY ANNOUNCED AT SERENADE

  

The Royalty for the 131st Maifest were announced under beautiful, sunny skies Sunday afternoon.  This year’s Junior Royalty are Queen Dinah Grace Sue Neil and King John Paul Kenjura.  They will be reigning over the Court of “It’s a Small World”.  Dinah and John are the children of Kate and Matt Neil and Catherine and Matt Kenjura.

This year’s royalty for the Senior Maifest will be Queen Clara Ashley Hamilton and King Carter Houston McVean.  They are the children of Vance and Karie Hamilton and Jeff and Amanda McVean and will be reigning over the Court of “British Invasion”

The pleasant weather allowed for the Maifest Serenade to be held outdoors at the Dr. Bobbie Dietrich Memorial Amphitheatre at Hohlt Park, with almost everyone wearing the proper masks.  The Maifest is scheduled for May 7th and 8th this year.
