THREE ARRESTED BY BRENHAM POLICE SATURDAY
Three people were arrested buy Brenham Police this past Saturday. In the early morning Saturday, police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1800 block of West Lubbock Street. The driver, Cristopher Martin (19 of Brenham), was arrested for possession of marijuana less than two ounces and possession of a controlled substance.
Saturday afternoon, at 2:40 Officers with the Brenham Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 2700 block of South Market on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the driver, Eduardo Martinez (27 of Brenham) was not in possession of valid driver’s license. Martinez was arrested and booked in at the Washington County Jail for Driving While License Invalid.
Saturday evening at 8:40, police responded to the 800 block of West First Street in reference to a disturbance. After investigation, a subject identified as Tracy McCullough, 47 of Brenham, was taken into custody for class C assault family violence and terroristic threat against a peace officer. McCullough was transported to the Washington County Jail.
