BRENHAM POLICE ARREST THREE ON TUESDAY
The Brenham Police Department arrested 3 people for various offences Tuesday.
At 2:10 PM, officers with the Brenham Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of FM 389 and Highway 290 for an equipment violation. Investigation revealed that the driver, Jeremey Hall, 30 of Brenham, had an active warrant for his arrest and was driving with an invalid license. Hall was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in on Driving While License invalid, and a warrant for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
At 3:20 PM, officers were dispatched to the 2500 block of South Day Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted by a family member causing injury. Jovita Garcia, 44 of Eagle Pass, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail for Assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
At 3:25 PM, Cpl. Jose Perez, was dispatched to the 500 block of Highway 290 W in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, investigation revealed that the suspect, Michael Bradley, 45 of Killeen, was highly intoxicated and was refusing to leave the business. Bradley was placed in custody for Public Intoxication, Failure to Identify, and Criminal Trespass. Bradley was transported to the Washington County Jail.
