LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH DRUG POSSESSION
An early-morning traffic stop, Monday, led to the arrest of a Brenham man on a drug charge.
Just before 2:00 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of South Chappell Hill Street and East Tom Green Street.
An investigation was conducted and the driver, 29-year-old Travis Roach of Brenham was taken into custody for of a Controlled Substance, and taken to the Washington County Jail.
