INDUSTRY VOLUNTEER FIRE AND RESCUE HOSTING 70TH ANNUAL CELEBRATION SATURDAY
The Industry Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department is hosting its 70th Annual Celebration tomorrow (Saturday).
The celebration will be held at Fireman’s Park in Industry on Highway 159.
Fried chicken dinners with all the trimmings will be served dine-in or carry-out from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Plates are $12, and cakes and pies will be available.
An outdoor auction will begin at 7 p.m. There will also be a silent auction, a drawing and children’s games.
Event proceeds will go toward the purchase of equipment to help the fire department better serve the community.
