TWO FROM HOUSTON ARRESTED IN BRENHAM ON MARIJUANA CHARGES
A Friday night traffic stop led to the arrest of two people on marijuana charges.
Just after 8:30 p.m. police pulled over a vehicle in the 200 block of US 290 East on a traffic violation.
The driver, 19-year-old McKayla Paris and passenger, 18-year-old Andria Smith, both of Houston, were both arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
