CHAPPELL HILL SCARECROW FESTIVAL SATURDAY, SUNDAY
Chappell Hill will celebrate the arrival of fall in Washington County this weekend with one of the largest arts and crafts festivals in the state.
The Scarecrow Festival returns to downtown Chappell Hill this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The festival annually brings thousands of visitors to browse through hundreds of juried arts and craft vendors, while also enjoying food, live music and family-friendly activities.
