WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 11 INDICTMENTS

  

11 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury this week.  Only those people who have already been arrested had their names released by the District Attorney’s office.

Jason Andrew Saxton
(Washington Co. Jail)

Indicted for murder is Jason Andrew Saxton, 30 of Brenham.  Jason was arrested by Brenham Police in August after they found 44-year-old Cynthia Lynette Jackson non-responsive with what appeared to be a gunshot wound.  Jackson died at the scene from her injuries.

Also indicted were:

Kimberly Gilmon Moore, 51 of Burton, for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.

Kenneth Edward Ball, 34 of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member by Impeded Breath.

Tavius Davon Clark, 19 of Brenham, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Malcom Jamal Houston, 23 of Bellville, for Assault of a Family Member by Impede Breath or Circulation and Injury to a Elderly Individual.

Luis Alberto Avalos Manzano, 41of Brenham, for Evading Arrest or Detention Using a Vehicle.

Joseph Scott Kruer, 41 of College Station, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Attempted Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Jocelyn Vezely Rokohl, 20 of Austin, for Assault of a Public Servant.

Jeffrey Charles Surber, 43 of Navasota, for Burglary of Building.

Indicted by a previous Grand Jury and subsequently arrested were:

Jordan Ross Abbs, 27 of Houston, for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle.

Terrance Barnett, 33 of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Michelle Smith Jackson, 49 of Brenham, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse of the Elderly.

Reagan Ross Jackson, 51 of Brenham, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse of the Elderly.

Emmitt Charles Lewis, Jr., 64 of Brenham, for Abuse of a Corpse without Legal Authority.
