AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 21 INDICTMENTS
Twenty-one people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.
19-year-old Quentin Lewis Runnels, indicted for Sexual Assault, alleged offense occurring February 20th.
42-year-old Terrence Deshaun Campbell, charged with Robbery, from September 7th.
22-year-old Monte McDonald, for Online Solicitation of a Minor, from July 12th.
28-year-old Joseph Lee Cummings, Jr., for Burglary of a Habitation, from August 3rd.
31-year-old Kyle Coker, 33-year-old Sarah Mickey Lee and 28-year-old Richard Leodre Silmon, all for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. Silmon’s charge is from September 16th, while Coker and Lee are charged from September 23rd.
18-year-old Melvin Cade Phillips, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, occurring September 6th.
21-year-old Isaac Washington, for Accident Involving Injury, from July 11th.
19-year-old Diego Santana, charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance from May 14th, and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone from July 8th.
42-year-old Joshua Brown, 47-year-old Saint Julian Gambrell, 19-year-old Sammy Garcia, 32-year-old Dustin Aron Jones, 59-year-old Charles Ray Josey, 30-year-old Heather King, 39-year-old Alisha Jeanne Laughlin, 36-year-old Cortney Tyrell Legan, 31-year-old Huber Leonel Martinez Amezquita, 42-year-old Misty Dawn Whitehead and 23-year-old Tyler Gene Zapalac, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
